Unable to change inotify max_user_watches. Monitoring might not work. Print

If the server is a virtual server and the virtualizations are OpenVZ, LXC, Docker etc, then you are not allowed to modify any kernel parameters of that container (Virtual server). So, please contact hosting provider for increasing the "inotify max_user_watches" value.
